Our food philosophy is instinctively Italian: simplicity first, always. We let quality ingredients, sourced locally and seasonally, speak in their own voice. Across all our properties, we carry the flavours of Italy with us. Not as a performance, but as a way of living — honest, warm, generous.
Gastronomic Experiences
Just as my mother Mia invited artists at Magic Megève to create freely, we believe food is an art form: an intimate expression of the chef behind it. Past collaborators include exceptional talents such as two-star Michelin chef Nino di Costanzo, pastry chef Carmine Di Nardi and Master Pizzaiolo Ivano Veccia. Each plate becomes a canvas — another way we bring art to life as a truly sensory experience.
The Magic Signature Events
Every family has traditions — and we’ve chosen to share ours with our guests. Some events are seasonal, like the truffle dinners we host each November, celebrating the most exquisite flavours of the season. Others can be enjoyed year-round, such as our Champagne & Pizza workshops, where you learn how to make pizzas and the art of pairing them with the perfect champagne. And some are even more personal, hosted directly by us — like the Magic Wine Tastings led by my father, Alfredo, where his passion and knowledge bring each sip to life. At the heart of it all: friendships, family, and the communities we built.

Experience a unique fine dining menu at Magic Megève Bois, served on a convivial table, and share your passion for gastronomy & fine wine with other guests. Our chefs focus on Italian cuisine using local ingredients, ensuring both freshness and sustainability.
The Andrew
The Andrew at Magic Megève Bois is our brand-new restaurant where fine dining meets experimentation. The kitchen here is bold and generous. Flavours dance rather than march.
Dishes evolve, surprise, provoke. Zest, flame, smoke, crunch — everything is allowed, so long as it is excellent.
