Nino Di Costanzo

As we journeyed along our path, we had the fortune to encounter the esteemed two-star Michelin Italian chef: Nino di Costanzo. Cherishing the values of heritage and the art of simple, heartfelt cooking, he aspires to evoke a sense of home for every guest, weaving a tapestry of flavours rooted in our collective memory.

Chef Nino, is the esteemed director of the restaurants at the IT Group. He is also the proud owner and chef of “Danì Maison.” His celebrated restaurant in Ischia has earned two Michelin stars, four hats from L’Espresso, and three forks from Gambero Rosso. Danì Maison has joined the prestigious association, Les Grandes Tables du Monde. In 2021, Forbes listed it as one of the top ten restaurants in the world not to be missed. Chef Nino is celebrated for his modern reinterpretation of traditional Campanian cuisine, offering an unparalleled dining experience to our guests.

Ivano Veccia

Another person to join our team was Ivano Veccia, an award-winning pizzaiolo celebrated worldwide for his “contemporary Neapolitan” style. In our retreats, guests are able to experience Pizza Extravaganzas tailor-made by chef Ivano – we promise some of the best pizzas you’ve ever tasted!
