I started coming to IMG when I was a kid. Everything felt huge — the academy, the schedule, the expectations. But from the beginning, this house gave us something steady. A place that felt like ours, right in the middle of it all.
The condos at IMG have always been part of the setup — tucked inside the gates, built for athletes and families living that training life. But in 2016, we decided to make one ours. We’d been at the IMG for a few years, and when we saw this space, something clicked. It had the right bones, the right light — it just needed care.
We renovated it completely. Simple upgrades, honest design, nothing flashy. And over time, it became more than a base. It became a home. One we returned to again and again — as a family, as athletes, sometimes just to reset.

Simple Setup, Full Life
Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, open kitchen into the living room. The patio doors were always open. You could hear the birds in the morning, smell the grill at night. We’d spread out — someone stretching on the floor, someone icing their legs, someone just scrolling through playlists.
There’s a pool a few steps away, and the whole neighborhood’s quiet, gated, and mostly filled with other athletes and families who get it. No one’s in vacation mode. It’s calm, focused — but relaxed in the best way.
And then there were nights like the BBQ.
We didn’t plan anything big — just a few of us after a long day. We lit the grill, someone brought too many snacks, music came on without anyone really choosing it. Suddenly, we were all outside — trainers off, plates in hand, laughing at something none of us can remember now. It wasn’t a party. It was just one of those perfect in-between nights. That kind of memory sticks more than most matches.

Built Into the Routine
The space always had that feel: considered, easy, low-key, and real.
It’s not trying to be a retreat.
It’s not trying to be anything, actually.
It’s just a good place to train hard, rest well, and live the kind of days that matter later.
If you’re coming to IMG to work, to grow, to actually be here — this house gets it.
You show up. It holds the rest.
