Le Simon: More People at the Table
The concept was always there — one big table, good food, no fuss.
Since February, we’ve opened the doors. Le Simon is now officially open to everyone, not just hotel guests.
Same energy, same rhythm — just more people around the table.

We’ve been cooking in this space for a while. Sometimes planned, sometimes spontaneous. Guests sitting shoulder to shoulder, talking over each other, pouring wine, grabbing the last spoonful of something they swore they didn’t need.
It didn’t feel like a traditional restaurant. It felt like being invited in.
But somewhere along the way, it became clear that this rhythm — the way nights stretched out, the way people stayed — had its own structure. So we gave it a name: Le Simon.
The Food’s Simple
The cooking leans French and Italian, shaped by whatever’s good that week.
There’s no menu to study. Just a Surprise Lunch, a Surprise Dinner, or the full Gastronomic Experience with wine pairings if you’re in the mood to settle in.
Some recent favourites:
– Handmade agnolotti with mountain butter
– Rigatoni alla Scapece
– Wild trout with fennel and blood orange
– Risotto with mushrooms and herbs— gone in seconds, every time
The wine list pulls from the cellar at Magic — deep, thoughtful, and built over time. The pairings are simple, the options endless : wines we love, chosen to bring the food into focus.

The Space
Le Simon lives inside Magic Megève Bois, our boutique hotel in Demi-Quartier, just above the village. Alpine, warm, understated.
There’s one long table. Everyone eats together. That’s the whole idea.
Before dinner, some guests stop by the Winston Lounge downstairs for a drink. Others stay after. Someone puts on a record, another bottle gets opened. The meal becomes the night.
The Feel of It
Opening it up didn’t change the feeling. It just made room for more people to be part of it.
Le Simon isn’t about exclusivity or performance. It’s about shared plates, unexpected conversations, food that speaks for itself, and nights that unfold without a plan.
We’re open. The table’s set.
