Magic Ibiza isn’t loud. It doesn’t try too hard. You show up, and something about the place just makes you slow down.
I went with some friends last summer, and we almost never left the house. That’s how good it was. It felt like everything we needed was right there—space to chill, swim, eat well, and just enjoy the island without having to run around or plan too much.
Sleeping Surrounded by Murals
We stayed at the Magic Aerie. The outside’s covered in murals by Luis Lázaro Matos—these bird-human creatures doing yoga, birdhouses painted into the walls. At first it felt surreal, then kind of perfect. Waking up every morning with that around us made the whole place feel like something between a painting and a dream.
Each room inside has its own vibe. Mine had this bold, warm energy—orange tones and weirdly cozy lighting. Even the bathrooms felt thoughtful, like they were designed to make you slow down and actually enjoy brushing your teeth.

Slow Days, Barefoot Dinners
Most days, we just did whatever. Swam, laid around in the sun, music playing from someone’s speaker, someone always in the kitchen pulling something together. One night we grilled sea bass with lemon—super simple, super fresh. Everyone showed up barefoot, straight from the pool. It didn’t need to be fancy. It just worked.
We had dinners outside under the trees, played cards, talked nonsense. The kind of nights that just keep going without anyone noticing.
All the Space You Need
What made it better was the way everything’s set up. You’ve got your own space, but also access to the whole estate—two pools, jacuzzis, a spa, tennis and padel courts. We even played a few games of padel that got weirdly competitive, loosing more than one ball along the way. I actually also used the gym one morning. It had this insane view over the ibiza coastline that made it more a sightseeing experience than a workout.

The finca isn’t just for sleeping—it becomes the whole day.

What Stayed With Me
There’s this mural by Marta Fofi—just a rabbit sitting under the words “Please, Silence.” At first I didn’t think much of it. But by the end, it made perfect sense.
Magic Ibiza gives you room to breathe, to hang out, and to just exist in a way that doesn’t feel forced.
And that’s why we didn’t want to leave.
(Not because there were two pools, a gym with a view, and insane breakfasts. Definitely not that.)
