We restored the fincas in a riot of blues, greens, pinks, and yellows — colours that clashed beautifully with the whitewashed walls. Luís Lázaro Matos painted hummingbirds and mythical creatures across the surfaces, so that the buildings themselves seemed to be telling stories.

The gardens became a small, untamed jungle — cacti, desert flowers, and hidden tipi tents that nod to the island’s hippie past and its shamanic roots.

Here, you can host your own gathering. A long lunch in the garden, where the air smells of herbs and sea salt. A night by the firepit under a sky thick with stars. A retreat in the tipis, with mornings of yoga and evenings of wine.

The fincas are spaces that hold mystery, but yield it slowly — shaped as much by the people who enter them, as by the land itself.
